Business of the Month November

So, a few days ago I had a new experience. As a man, especially one living in Wyoming, I’ve never gotten my nails done before. But, it was my a wife’s birthday last week, she convinced me to get them done with her, and I loved it! I did not get my nails polished, but the massage was great, and my feet are now baby soft. I wish I would have started doing this sooner! This new experience inspired November’s local business of the month: Changes Salon!

Since it was my first time at a nail salon, I have nothing to compare it to. So, my wife Kathryn will write the rest of the review of this salon. Enjoy!

Hello, everyone! I am very excited to be writing my first post on this site. Let’s jump right in! … where do I start? In my life, I have lived in three states. And, out of all of my regular salons, this one is by far my favorite. The atmosphere is calming and clean, without being too hoity-toighty (I am a simple lady!).  To begin, their products are very nice. I have sensitive skin, and I never leave irritated from their products, even when they use an exfoliant!

I am also a huge fan of their polish selection. I can always find a beautiful shade, and all of their polish is brand name! I usually opt for a gel polish, but even when I don’t, my manicure is longer lasting than at past salons. I don’t know how they do it!

Now onto waxing. Again, the products are great. Even with sensitive skin, I have minimal redness that lasts for no more than and hour. I’ve been getting my brows waxed and nails done here every other week since I moved to Jackson Hole, and I don’t think I’ll be switching salons anytime soon. 🙂

Northwest Indiana FC

As nearly everybody out there knows… sports are serious business. Especially soccer. The game is played all over the world and even finds a home in the most unique of places… Wyoming, U.S.A. That is right, soccer has even extended its reach to the furthest corners of the planets. This weekend our favorite Indiana football club will face off against Wyoming. Land of the free, home of the cows and the state which invented the limited liability corporation. Starting a football club in Wyoming is easy and so is creating a business. As we mentioned sports are a serious business, not just in the good old USA, but worldwide. The latin culture loves this sport. Don’t let your statutory or resident agent tell you otherwise.

There are few things we like more than creating an organization with the intent of monopolizing a regional sport. And we have done just that. We have recently begun a brand new Wyoming futbol/soccer club with the intent of spreading the gospel about how great this state and sport have become. We will leave no stone unturned in our quest to make every man woman and child a soccer player and Wyoming business owner. It is in our blood to suggest that this wyoming law firm is the best registered agent in Wyoming.

Following on this vain, we are proud to announce that we have a new partner in the wide world of soccer. We even speak spanish. We have jumped over the border from Indiana and have partnered with the greatest state in the union. We also have spanish speakers to assist with educating the local latin population about soccer. We will announce further details shortly and look forwarding to getting down to business. Whether you just run a charity or something else, we would love for you to be involved in creating this great spectacle… the Wyoming vs. Indiana soccer match.

There will be many companies there competing for your attention. From adidas and nike to reebok and the sport industry’s new up and comer Under Armour athletics. These companies are insane. They are intense. They know what it takes to win. They will do whatever it takes to be at the top of their industry and the top of the athletic world. As we said, sports is the biggest and long running business that has ever existed. Just think of the first person to run a marathon. He was hispanic. He was in the business of saving his city. Granted, it wasn’t in Wyoming, USA, but the point stands nevertheless.

Cheyenne, Cody, Laramie, Sheridan… these are just some of the greatest cities in the smallest state (populationwise)! Anyway, don’t be intimidated that your Indiana cities aren’t as cool. Who has ever even heard of the Hoosier state. Basketball is nothing compared to our great favorite sport. Get real. Close-corporations, s-corporations and c-corps are all invited to donate to charity for our upcoming community event. Hell yeah. Soccer. USA and South America.

Form your business, s-corp or traditional c-corp today. Don’t let anybody get in your way. Even a rugby player couldn’t stop our chosen company from helping you. Wyo sport organizations are on an upward trajectory. We recommend beginning your own futbol club now before it is too late. The steps are simple. Just go to our business partner’s website, tell them how much you love soccer, submit your information and payment, and pretty soon you’ll be set up with your own official sports club organization or WY business. That reminds us, check out that page which shows you our favorite small companies in and around the state. Let us know if you have a favorite organization that you would like to see submitted and covered here. Jalapenos, sombreros and books. Latin education in Indiana.

Corporate services and incorporation services are the best here in WYO. Just accept it. Lay back. Let us do the work, forward your mail and start your LLC.

Business of the Month October

This month I have chosen a personal breakfast and lunch favorite: Midtown Cafe Located in the heart of historic downtown Sheridan, this spot is perfect for a quick and easy breakfast or lunch. This cafe is small but mighty; its tiny space makes for a cozy, personal feel, and the staff is amazing. The baristas are very polite, and make the effort to get to know regular costumers like myself. Midtown’s atmosphere is great, and I could go on about it forever.

But, I won’t ;). Instead, I’ll jump into what you’re here to read about, the food! Midtown’s menu is so extensive, you can go there to meet pretty much all of your cravings. Burritos? They have them. Foccacia breads? They have them. Smoothies? They have them, and boy, are they good! My usual breakfast order consists of a large breakfast burrito and a mountain berry blitz smoothie. The burrito’s melted cheese, perfectly cooked egg, and fresh vegetables really hit the spot after my morning workout.

For lunch, I usually order their tomato mozzarella panini with their freshly squeezed lemonade. The panini is as all paninis should be: crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and made with fresh ingredients (as all their food is). The lemonade is the perfect balance of sweet and sour and satisfies my sweet tooth. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

So, next time you’re looking for a new lunch spot to try, check out our latest business of the month! And next months Wyoming Business.

Local Business of the Month

Who’s up for a new series? I was thinking about this blog while drinking my morning coffee the other day and came up with this idea: a monthly series on local business. I think this is a great excuse to draw more attention to local restaurants, and other establishments in Sheridan. Such as our football club for business lunches.  So, from now on, I will be covering a new business every month 🙂 The first article of this series will be here later today!

We hope that you check back regularly to get a taste for what it is that we have in store. Whether you are in Wyoming or Indiana, at the end of the day we know you love keeping things local and love soccer.
